SENIOR HURLING
Last Wednesday we were beaten by Drom & Inch in our final group game in division 1 of the county hurling league. This sees us finish level with Roscrea & Clonoulty on 4pts but unfortunately we are relegated to div 2 next year on score difference.
SENIOR FOOTBALL
We are out in the mid semi final against Drom & Inch in just over a week with the clash pencilled in for Sat 7th at 7:30pm in Holycross
MINOR FOOTBALL
Our minors beat Gortnahoe-Glengoole in the mid B semi final last week to set up a final clash against Drom & Inch at a date yet to be fixed.
MINOR HURLING
The fixture list for this years mid minor hurling championship has been made and the first game is next Thursday(5th) at 7:30pm in Drombane against Gortnahoe-Glengoole. This will be followed with clashes against Moycarkey-Borris & Na Sairsealaigh Óg
UNDER 21 HURLING
On Sat 14th July at 7:30pm we are scheduled to face Thurles Sarsfields in the Outside Field Thurles in the mid championship losers semi final.
JUNIOR HURLING
We are due to play our last game in the mid championship on Sunday 22nd at 12pm in Drombane against Thurles Gaels
ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC
The Upperchurch Drombane Annual Golf Classic will be held this year on Thursday 26th & Friday 27th of July. Once again Dundrum golf club is the venue and the cost for a team of 4 remains unchanged at €200. This includes a meal afterwards and refreshments on the 9th hole. There are some great prizes on offer. For anyone wishing to sponsor a tee box, silver sponsorship is €50 while gold sponsoship is €100. Those interested should contact Richard Ryan on 086 2676793. This is a vital fundraiser for the club so your genorosity is appreciated.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Membership for the 2018 season is now due and remains unchanged from last years rates. €20 for all players between the ages of 16 to 18. €30 for all players between the ages of 18 to 21. €60 for all players over 21 years of age. €40 for all non playing members irrespective of age.
