Co. Challenge Cup: Moyne Templetuohy will play the first round of the Co. Challenge Cup against Lorrha on Sunday March 13th at 12 o’clock.

Martin Costigan Memorial Tournament: The Martin Costigan Memorial Tournament will take place in Templetuohy GAA field on Wednesday night March 16th commencing at 8pm against JK Brackens with referee Tom McGrath. This tournament is run annually in remembrance of Martin who was a very dedicated player and supporter of our club in both hurling and football. So we would ask you to please come down to the field on the eve of St. Patrick’s Day and remember Martin & to look at the wonderful Gymnasium the club have in his honour.

Weekend Results: Both our U12 teams began their respective championship over the weekend. Unfortunately victories were to elude both teams but they can be proud of their efforts. First up were our Group 5 team who took on JK Brackens in Templemore and despite a good start to the game, it would be the JK Brackens goals that won the game for them. Final score in Templemore was Moyne Templetuohy 1-01 JK Brackens 4-02. Next up were our Group 3 Footballers who travelled to Pairc Na nÓg to take on a strong Durlas Óg team. A thrilling same ensued as both teams provided the spectators with a cracking game of football. However victory was not to be as a late goal from Durlas Óg put 4 points between the teams at the end. Final score in Pairc Na nÓg was Moyne Templetuohy 3-06 Durlas Óg 3-02.

Inter County: Hard luck to Tomás Hamill who was part of the Tipperary Senior Hurling Team who lost out to Waterford in the third round of the Allianz Hurling League.
