Intermediate: Big week for the club as we prepare for the County Intermediate Football Final this coming Sunday at 12.45pm in Semple Stadium where we face Golden Kilfeacle. The lads have put a mighty effort into getting to the County Final and we urge all to come out and support the lads on Sunday. Entry to the stadium is €15 for Adults, €10 for Students/OAPS with U16’s free. Please put up as much colour and flags around the parish over the coming week.

New Development: Work has been completed on the new lights in the field. We are the first club in the county with an LED Lighting system, which will see approximately a 50% reduction in energy consumption. Our thanks to all those who have made this project possible. The field has now re-opened to the general public.

Scór: A reminder that as Scór is celebrating 50 years we are making a big push this year to promote this wonderful competition. First up is Scór Na nÓg (Secondary School). Any person still wishing to take part s asked to contact Anne Marie Maher ASAP.

AGM: Moyne Templetuohy GAA Senior Club will hold its AGM on Friday night November 9th at 8pm in Moyne Hall. All members and parishioners are invited to attend as we prepare for 2019.

Referee: The club would like to wish Sean Everard, his umpires and officials all the best as they take charge of next Sunday’s County Senior Football Final. This is a huge honour for both Sean and the Club and we wish him all the best.

Harty Cup: Well done to Gearoid O’Connor who was named Our Lady’s Templemore Harty Cup Captain for the year. Unfortunately they were beaten in their opening round game to John the Baptist’s of Limerick. Also on the team were Shane Lowe Sean Hayes and Dean Lawlor. The club would like to wish them all well for the coming Harty Cup competition.

Mid Senior Hurling Final Replay: The Club will once again host the eagerly awaited Mid Senior Hurling Replay between Thurles Sarsfields and Loughmore Castleiney next Saturday at 4pm in the field. Once again we need all hands on deck. Could all available stewards please be in the field by 3pm next Saturday.

Ladies Football: Well done to our Ladies Football U19 Team who have qualified for the County Final following their County Semi Final win over New Inn on Sunday. We wish the girls all the best in the County Final. Details TBC. Well done girls! Thanks to Billy Loughnane for the photo.

Draw the Joker: €3800 not won this week. €3900 with 34 cards left on the deck next week. Winners €100 Bridget Lougnane €25 John Sweeney €25 Mary Bradish. Thanks to all for the support each week.
