Our season concluded in New Inn on Sunday with a heartbreaking last minute defeat. Well done to the team and management for their efforts during the year.
Under 16.
County under 16 Hurling Shield semi-final-
Knockmealdown Gaels 6-18 Ballybacon Grange 6-8
Well done to our under 16s for making the the final against Eire Óg Anacarty Donohill in Holycross next Saturday Oct 7th at 11AM. We would appreciate as much support as possible.
Under 11 Winter League (Football).
We lost to a strong Kilsheelan team on Monday. On Sunday we lost a close game to Clonmel Commercials. All good experience for next year for a young team most of whom are not up to the age.
Under 8/9.
We finished the season on Saturday with a hurling blitz in St Marys. We played 3 St Marys teams and Carrick Davins and were very good right through. Thanks to Garreth and Henry for training the boys and girls all year and to the parents for bringing them to training and blitzes.
