Eire Og Annacarty GAA and Camogie club news – Oct 1st

Eire Og Camogie:

Well done to our Under 10’s who travelled to Boherlahan Saturday morning to take part in a blitz organised by Boherlahan.The girls played 3 matches and won them all. Thanks to all players, parents and coaches who travelled to Boherlahan Saturday morning. Well done to all involved.
Well done to our Under 12 ‘A’ Panel who played Burgess Saturday morning in the autumn league . The girls had a great win on a score line of 7.9 to 0.1. The girls have now qualified for the county semi final. Opposition and date tbc. Best of luck in the semi final to all involved
A massive congratulations to our minors who had a super win against Nenagh Saturday afternoon in the county semi final played in the Ragg, This was a really tough game for the girls especially after playing with 14 girls for 40 minutes. The girls showed massive heart, skill and determination to earn their place in a county final. The girls play Drom in the county final. Date tbc. Well done to all involved and best of luck in the county final.

Best of luck to our seniors  who play the county semi final for the first time in the history of the club. This will take place this Saturday October 7th v Duharra at 12 noon in the Ragg Camogie Grounds.

Eire Og Annacarty GAA:

Fixtures:
Under 16 Hurling: County Shield Final v Knockmealdown Gaels this Saturday, 7th October in Holycross at 11am. Best of luck to all involved.
Under 21 Hurling: Championship to begin in coming weeks.
Sympathy:
The Eire Og club extends condolences to the wife and relatives of Jim Maher, Rahyvira who died last weekend.
