Intermediate: Our Intermediate hurlers took on Drom/Inch on Saturday last in Round 6 of the League. Despite being level at the break and with Drom down a player we failed to take advantage of this as Drom ran out 0-23 to 1-15 winners. With one remaining game left against Lattin on June 23rd we are unable to qualify for the League Final as a result of Saturdays loss.
Junior: Our Juniors continued their good run of form lately with their second win of the Junior Football Championship where they defeated Thurles Gaels on a scoreline of 3-08 to 0-07 points. They now turn their attention to hurling as they prepare for their opening game of the Junior Hurling Championship on June 21st against Clonakenny.
U14: Our U14’s continue training ahead of their opening game of the Hurling Championship on June 27th away to Upperchurch.
U12: Our U12 Group 2 team played two games last week and were unfortunately unsuccessful in both loosing to Drom and Loughmore. They now face Upperchurch Drombane this Tuesday at 7pm in Templetuohy. Our Group 5 team received a bye last week and they now take on Loughmore this Wednesday at 7pm in Castleiney.
