Intermediate: All roads lead to Boherlahan next Saturday for Round 1 of the County Intermediate Hurling Championship. It is vital that we have as much club support to shout on the lads as they face Kilsheelan Kilcasha at 4.30pm. Best of luck to the team and team management.
Junior Hurling: Our Junior hurlers got 2019 off to winning ways with a 1-19 to 2-07 win over Thurles Gaels on Sunday last. A good start to the year for our Juniors with their next match vs JK Brackens scheduled for Friday April 19th.
Peil: Our U14 Footballers are in Peil Final action tomorrow Monday where they face Boherlahan Dualla in the Peil B Final. The game throws in at 6.45pm in Pairc Na nÓg. All support appreciated.
U12:Our u12 Group 2 had a 1-10 to 2-00 win over Drom last Saturday. With two wins from two they now face Boherlahan Dualla on Tuesday in Round 3 of the Championship. While our Group 4 team suffered a home defeat to Moycarkey on Saturday morning. They now have a bye this week.
U8: Our U8 Footballers had a superb day in Thurles last Saturday where they took part in a Mid/North County Blitz. Our thanks to all those who brought our future stars to Dr Morris Park. Thanks to the coaches for their time also.
U14 Ladies: Well done to the u-14 Tipp Ladies who participated in the Stage 2 Munster Championship today in Mallow. All the effort and hard work has paid off and they are through to the Munster B final v Clare in 2 weeks time. Well done to all our club girls!
Field: The club have redone the goal mouths as well as reseeded parts of the field. It’s is vital that these are given time to set in and we ask all NOT to enter the main field for the next couple of weeks. The field is now closed to ALL for games and training.
