BK5K
Our 3rd annual BK5K will be held on Wednesday the 2nd of May in Dundrum village in memory of Brendan Kinane. It is the perfect 5k for everyone. Walk, jog or run, young and old, fast and slow. Whatever way you like to run it, it is a nice flat 5k. It is chip timed and €10 entry or €20 for and family with one number.  Proceeds this year will go towards track development for the club. With significant increase in club numbers with juveniles and Fit4Life the track is perfect for training especially in the dark winter months.
