GAA Scene Review – Tipperary come up just short

Tipperary came up just short in their Allianz Hurling League match against Cork last Saturday evening with the home side taking both points on offer on a 2-24 to 1-25 result before an attendance of 9,812. Tipperary’s goal came courtesy of a late second half penalty from Brian Hogan (Lorrha-Dorrha) as Tipp worked hard to gain parity at least.

Best wishes to John O’Dwyer (Killenaule) for a speedy recovery following a heavy knock in added time.

Next up on Sunday week, February 16th, Tipperary are away again as they take on Galway in round 3 in Pearse Stadium with a 2pm start.
