The Ballybacon/Grange GAA Club meeting rooms in Goatenbridge will see history be made on Wednesday, 17th June when, for the first time, the last Plenary Meeting of Clonmel Borough District under the Chairmanship of local Councillor, Mayor Martin Lonergan will be held outside of the Town Hall, Clonmel.

The move comes after Cllr Lonergan, as a gesture in recognition of his last meeting as Mayor prior to the Annual General Meeting of the Borough invited Councillors, Council Officials and the media and Oireachtas Members to Goatenbridge for his last meeting in charge.
