Time Bistro Thurles has long been known for good food and good service, but 2015 hopes to be the year where that is changed to Great food and Great service. He has been the manager of restaurants that have been recommended by Michelin and awarded Michelin Stars. Danny is hugely knowledgeable about food and wine and loves to share his knowledge with those interested. His passion without doubt is Customer Service and he loves creating a comfortable and memorable dining experience for his guests.

The building Time Bistro is located in is full of character and beautiful detail. We have been blown away by the welcome we have received from the people of Thurles and the surrounding areas.  We are also thrilled to have Chef Gavin on board as his flavours, cooking techniques and his Kitchen management skills are ones I am proud to stand over.”
