Morris launches new improved tourist product to bring footfall to Nenagh.

Last week Seamus Morris launched the new improved Premier Hurling Experience which will not only bring much needed Tourist footfall to Tipperary but also allow local businesses display their wares to the visitors.

Morris has moved the Premier Hurling experience to the Nenagh AFC brickfields sports arena which allows the attendees the space to encourage local businesses to display their products.

Speaking about the involvement of local businesses, Morris stated “I have brought Bourke Hurleys of Borrisoleigh to give a demonstration of Hurley making to the visitors who enjoyed tea and coffee while they took in the presentation and enjoy the ample facilities of Nenagh AFC Brickfields.”

The first group to take in the new Premier Hurling experience was Bev Facey High School Ladies Rugby team from Alberta Canada and “you couldn’t get a more enthusiastic bunch” according to Morris. “The puc fada winner Rebecca Powell who struck the ball sweetly. They loved the experience and couldn’t wait to buy their own Hurleys and Sliotars. Alberta will never be the same again.”
