Tipp Council prosecutions for anti social behaviour

Tipperary Council have initiated two prosecutions for anti social behaviour between 1 January 2020 and 31 May 2021 according to records obtained by this writer under the Freedom of Information Act.

One was in Sli Aoibhinn, Borrisoleigh under section 7 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014.
The other was in Railway View Templemore, under sections 7 and 9 of the above mentioned legislation.

The current position of these cases is redacted by the Council citing Section 37(1) of the Freedom Of Information Act 2014 which allows refusal if this would involve disclosure of personal information.
