January 28th

Gary BRETT
St. Patrick’s Terrace, Clonmel, Tipperary

Gary Brett St. Patrick’s Terrace, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. (Retired Psychiatric Nurse St. Ita’s Hospital, Portrane, Co. Dublin) 27th January 2017, peacefully at Rathkeevan Nursing Home. Son of the late Josie & Gerard Brett (predeceased by his baby brother Noel). Very deeply regretted by his loving brothers Paddy and Paul sisters Phyllis and Lucy, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at O’Donoghue’s Funeral Home on Sunday from 6pm with removal at 7.30pm to St. Mary’s Church, Irishtown. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Monday with burial immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery.

Marion FLANNERY (née Tuite)
Ballycraggan, Puckane, Nenagh, Tipperary / Mullingar, Westmeath

FLANNERY(née Tuite)- Jan. 27, 2017 (Ballycraggan, Puckane, Nenagh and late of Marion Fashions, Nenagh and Mullingar) (peacefully) in the loving care of Nenagh Manor Nursing Home, Marion, beloved wife of the late Paddy; deeply regretted by her loving nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Keller’s Funeral Home, Nenagh this Saturday evening from 5.30 o’c. with removal at 7 o’c. to Puckane Church arriving at 7.30 o’c. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11 o’c. followed by burial in Killbarron Cemetery.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, sisters Frances (Villa), Sr Madeline, Sr Mary, Kitty (McCarthy) and Breda (Straubb), grandchildren Richard, Sarah, James, Sean, Meg, Kate, Rory and Sam, sons-in-law Pat, Niall and Huw, daughter-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour on Saturday from 5.00pm, with removal at 7.30pm to St Mary’s Church, Irishtown. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon followed by burial in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to South Tipperary Hospice Movement.

McCarthy, Jan 27, 2017, Nellie. Deeply regretted by her sister Mary, sisters-in-law Maizie and Teresa, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends and staff at Carriglea Cairde Services. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Mary, sister Hannah, brothers John and Tom, brother-in-law Michael Carew.

Reposing at Cairde Care Services Chapel, Carriglea, Dungarvan. Rosary and Prayers at 3pm today, Friday. Funeral Mass on Saturday 12.30pm in Cairde Care Services Chapel. Burial afterwards in St John the Baptist Cemetery, Duhill, Co. Tipperary.

McDonnell (nee Britton), Marion Road, Templemore, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Cloncleigh, Two Mile Borris, 27th of January 2017, Johanna, predeceased by Her husband Johnny and son Enda. Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Mary and Ann, sons, Tom and John, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, Sister Sr. Mary Britton (Brisbane), sister, Brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Grey’s Funeral Home, Templemore tomorrow, Saturday evening, from 6pm. Removal at 7.30pm to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Templemore to arrive at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 12 noon. Interment in the adjoining cemetery afterwards.

Predeceased by his father Tommy and mother Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Geraldine and his cherished children Thomas, Aishling and Coleen. Brothers Ger and Kieran, sisters Noeleen and Mary, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Ryans Funeral Home, Nenagh this Sunday from 4 o’c with removal at 7 o’c arriving to St.Mary’s of the Rosary Church, Nenagh at 7.30 o’c. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 o’c followed by burial in Lisboney New Cemetery.

Formerly Baldwinstown, Co Wexford. Beloved mother of Juni and sister of Br. Thomas, Mary and Jimmy. Sadly missed by her loving family son-in-law Richard, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Ryan’s funeral home Wellingtonbridge, Co Wexford on Friday January 27th from 7pm-8pm. Removal on Saturday at 10.15am to St David’s church Mulrankin for funeral mass at 11am burial afterwards in St Mary’s cemetery Kilmore.

William (Willie) PERKINS
64 Gallows Hill, Ennis, Clare / Thurles, Tipperary / Dublin 12, Dublin

Late of Newntown, Drombane, Thurles and Drumcondra, Dublin. Beloved husband of Mairead, predeceased by his brothers Con, Fr. Jimmy and Br. Joseph, sisters Mary and Annie; sadly missed by his loving wife, brothers John, Michael, Christy and Oliver, sister Brigid (Burke), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends

Reposing on Saturday evening at Milford Hospice Limerick from 4.30 pm with removal at 6.30 pm to Ennis Cathedral arriving at 7.45 pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon followed by burial in Rossmore Cemetery, Co. Tipperary arriving 3 o’c. approx. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Milford Hospice.

Reposing at his home this Sunday from 6 o’ clock to 9 o’ clock. Removal Monday morning to St Michael’s Church for 10.30am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Michael’s Cemetery Tipperary.

Shortiss, late of 4 Collins Park, Carrick on Suir, died 26 January 2017. Liam, deeply regretted by his loving sons John, Willie and Brien, daughters-in-law Clare, Josephine and Mary, grandchildren Evan, Clodagh, Jack and Ruth, sisters Mary, Breda, Chrissie.

Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home on Monday evening from 4.30pm followed by removal at 6pm to St Nicholas’ Church. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 10.30am followed by cremation in The Island Crematorium, Cork. Donations to St. Brigid’s Hospice, Carrick on Suir.
