Deeply regretted by his loving brothers Paddy, Martin and Jeddy, sister Ann, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Hannah Phylis O’Donnell (formerly Upper Cahir Abbey) peacefully at Bramleigh Nursing Home, Cahir August 26th 2021. Deeply regretted by her sister-in-law Margery, nieces Shay and Fiona, nephews Barry, Gavan and Kevin, grandnieces Sadhbh, Sarah and Chloe, great-grandniece Maia, relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 2pm In St Mary’s Church, Cahir with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. |

Billy Moriarty, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim and formerly Urard, Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, peacefully at North West Hospice Sligo surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his wife Lizzie, sister Mary and brothers Tom and Joseph. Deeply regretted by his partner Kathleen, his loving family Chris, Susan, Sean and Peter, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Pat, sisters Breda (Hickey) and Margaret (Barnaville), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Doyle’s Funeral Home, Urlingford on Friday evening from 5pm until 6.30pm followed by removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Gortnahoe arriving at 7.15pm with Mass at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning for family and close friends (Max 50 people) at 11.30 followed by burial in Fennor Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to North West Hospice. As per Covid 19 directives please comply with Government guidelines regarding social distancing, face covering and hand shaking.

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tom) QUINN
Dun Laoghaire, Dublin / Tipperary
QUINN (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and formerly of Father Matthew Street, Tipperary Town) – August 25th 2021 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Hazel Ward at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Thomas (Tom) (late of Board of Works Dun Laoghaire / Harbour Company); dearly beloved husband and soulmate of Anita, much loved father of Mary, P.J. and Eddie, adored grandfather and great-grandfather to his 9 grandchildren and great-granddaughter, predeceased by his brothers Larry and Stevie and recently deceased sister Mary. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Denise and Fiona, brothers Pat and Edda, sister Kathleen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin Thursday (August 26th) from 6.30pm to 8.30pm with strict Covid-19 guidelines in place.
