The Natura Impact Study should be completed by the ecologist hired by the council in two weeks time . The draft documentation for the public display of the plans will be with the council from the architect next week and once satisfied that they meet An Bord Pleanala requirements the display date will be agreed.
This will be the plan for the project going for planning approval prior to commencement of the build .
