Cashel District Court put case back until May 22nd
The case against seven men charged in connection with an aggravated burglary in South Tipperary has been adjourned.
The seven men, aged between 19 and 26, all with addresses in Dublin are facing several charges including false imprisonment and firearm possession arising from an aggravated burglary at the home of a Burnchurch couple and their young children last November.
Three of the accused are in custody while the remaining four are out on bail.
At Cashel District Court today, the case was put back to the 22nd May where it’s expected that the Book of Evidence will be served.
