John F Kennedy Shamrock Regiment Band to Perform in Nenagh

Californian Marching Bank to come to Nenagh for St Patrick’s Day.

Cllr Hughie McGrath has announced that the John F Kennedy Shamrock Regiment Band will perform in Nenagh ahead of the St Patrick’s Day Festivities. The John F Kennedy Shamrock Regiment Band will be coming all the way from California to march down the street in Nenagh

Speaking to Tipperary Times, Cllr Hughie McGrath stated “I’m delighted to announce that the John F Kennedy Shamrock Regiment Band will be performing in Nenagh on Wednesday 16th of March. It’s great to see such a high profile matching band coming to our town for St Patrick’s Day”

The band first appeared in Nenagh in the 1980’s and it is a great honor to have the marching band return to the Premier county again this year.

The plan on the day involves the band marching from the Railway Station in Nenagh starting at 1:30PM to the Court House where they will perform for those assembled.

The band will march from the railway station starting at 1.30pm up to the court house where they will preform for us. Cllr McGrath went on to ask the people of Nenagh to come out and support the bank on Wednesday 16th of March on what promises to be a great day as all are welcome to attend.
