4. Limerick Leader: MAINTENANCE FITTER we are currently recruiting a mechanical fitter based in our mil in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick. This is a full time permanent and pensionable position
The Job Role will include:
 Maintenance of production equipment to include breakdown of repairs and cover, preventive/predictive maintenance of plant and ongoing day to day improvements
 Installation of new equipment and repair to existing equipment as needed
Understanding or willingness to learn electrics would be an advantage
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a mechanical fitter is required

6. Limerick Leader: KELLY RAC Refrigeration & Air Conditioning SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (Full time Position) we require an additional service administrator to support our rapidly expanding service division
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Scheduling Preventative maintenance
 Arranging access, ensuring permits are in place and all safety documentation is in place
 Issuing reports and recommendations following maintenance
 Ensuring maintenance team have all the necessary tools parts etc for scheduled works
 Ensuring all posts visit recommendations are quoted and followed up
 Assign service calls to engineers
 Ensure that all service reports are issued promptly
 Generate an issue quotes
 Support a number of key accounts in terms of reports, documentation and quotations
 Ensuring all quotes and reports are followed through and where necessary follow up calls generated
 Dealing with Service office, purchasing and accounts to ensure smooth running of department
Qualifications and experience
 Previous experience in FM or Service support desirable
 Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
 Excellent computer skills (excel, word, etc)
