County Tipperary Skillnet is seeking proposals for training programmes from small and medium-sized companies in certain key disciplines before the end of August.

Skillnet is delighted to have received further significant funding under the EU Brexit Adjustment Reserve (BAR) to help SMEs in a post-Brexit world. In some cases, programmes can be subsidised up to 40%.

We invite companies to come forward with detailed expressions of interest and concrete proposals for worthwhile programmes that can make a real difference at operational level in key areas.
Designed specifically to support SMEs, the funding is available for 2 different training programmes, Leadership Development and Achieving Sustainability Goals in your business.
These disciplines and skills are crucial to the viability and success of SMEs in today’s challenging market environment. The BAR funding and Skillnet programmes provide firms with a vital means of empowering and upskilling their staff capabilities.

The deadline for receipt of proposals for BAR assistance by the Chamber Skillnet is August 31.

Future Training Needs?
We also wish to hear from you about your training needs and plans for the years 2023-2025.
We are starting the process of reaching out to companies of all sizes and types of activity to assess the key upskilling strategies that merit support for training programmes in the coming years.
Do reach out and engage with us so that we can assist you to achieve your objectives.
We are urging enterprises of all sizes and operational activities to consider your longer-term training requirements and revert, in due course, with proposals and ideas that the Chamber Skillnet can incorporate into its funding submissions for the years 2023-2025.
Skillnet has ambitious plans for the years ahead as it strives to empower and equip regional companies to meet the workforce and upskilling challenges and opportunities in a fast-changing marketplace.
You and your colleagues hold the key to success in this respect – we want to hear from you about your needs and aspirations, your plans and how we can help tailor our programmes to meet those requirements.

If you are interested in this up-skilling opportunity, please contact County Tipperary Chamber staff.
