Eire Og – Club Notes

Eire Og Camogie:

Well done to our U16s who travelled to Ballinderry on Saturday to take on Shannon Rovers in their first game of the championship. The girls played super camogie and fought really hard throughout the game . Shannon Rovers are a very strong physical team and earned victory on the day by a few points. Next game is v Newport next Friday. Thanks to all parents who made the long trip to Ballinderry. Well done to all players and management and best of luck in the rest of the matches.

Our U12s made the trip to Croke Park on Sunday to take part in the ‘Caman to Croker’ blitz. The girls enjoyed a super day out in this magnificent stadium and got the opportunity to play on the hallowed turf. The girls also did a tour of the stadium and got a chance to see the dressing rooms etc. Hopefully some of these girls will be back playing in Croke Park in the future with Tipperary. Thanks to all players, parents and coaches who travelled to Croke Park today. EIRE OG ABU!***
