Overnight mist and drizzle clearing with mostly dry weather for the rest of today. Rather cloudy in parts to begin but warm sunny spells will gradually develop. Eastern counties however may see a few light showers during the day. Top temperatures will range 17 to 22 degrees Celsius, warmest away from northern coastal areas with onshore northerly breezes here.

Tonight

Another mild night with lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees Celsius, in light northerly winds. Largely dry with broken cloud across the country.


Tomorrow

Dry tomorrow Sunday with warm spells of sunshine breaking through widely. Highest temperatures 17 to 24 degrees Celsius, best values across the south midlands. Again with light northerly breezes, it will be a little cooler near northern coastal fringes.

Outlook

OUTLOOK: Warm and mostly dry, with a blocking area of high pressure dominating for the extended outlook. 

TOMORROW NIGHT: Dry with clear spells and light northerly breezes. Lowest temperatures 8 to 11 degrees Celsius. 

MONDAY: Warm, dry and mostly sunny with light to moderate northeast breezes. Top temperatures will range 18 to 23 degrees Celsius, warmest away from eastern and northern coastal margins with onshore breezes. 

TUESDAY: Even warmer with top temperatures ranging 18 to 25 degrees, best values over the western half of the country due to a light easterly breezes. Unbroken sunshine in many parts too. 

WEDNESDAY: Staying very warm across the country with long spells of summer sunshine, cloud building a little in some areas though. Afternoon highs will climb to between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius with little or no wind, just local sea breezes. 

The further outlook is for mostly dry, warm and settled weather
